This product is a professional plastic beekeeping tool for queen isolation, rearing and temporary storage, designed for artificial queen rearing operations on beekeeping farms. It adopts an integrated collapsible modular structure, matching the standard artificial queen rearing workflow of commercial apiaries.

Product Structure & Material Parameters

Main material: Food-grade PP plastic, integrated injection molding, resistant to corrosion from bee colonies, not easy to deform or break
Structural design: Full hollow grid ventilation structure + double-side queen cell fixing positions + middle worker bee barrier grille + bottom collapsible inserting tooth structure
Functional design: Collapsible storage, bidirectional queen cell fixing buckle, worker bee access isolation grille, independent sealed isolation chamber for queen bee
Applicable scenarios: Artificial queen rearing, queen temporary storage, queen bee mailing & transportation, virgin queen mating isolation management

Working Principle & Practical Features

The hollow grid structure ensures internal air circulation, preventing queen suffocation from stuffy environment. The middle grille allows worker bees to feed the queen, meanwhile blocks worker bees from damaging queen cells and queen bee. Double hexagonal buckles are used to fix queen cell cups and mature queen cells. The bottom inserting tooth structure can be directly fixed on honeycombs with stable installation. The collapsible design greatly reduces storage and transportation space, suitable for bulk wholesale purchase.

It is a standardized professional device for apiary queen rearing, with stable structure and simple operation. Compatible with artificial rearing of Italian bees and Chinese bees. Pure physical mechanical structure without extra electric parts, with low failure rate in long-term use.
